Nguyen is our Government & Foreign Affairs Expert, based in Vietnam. He is Chairman of the Vietnam Project Management Group and has more than forty years experience of working in international services. Firstly for the National Front for Liberation of South Vietnam, and later for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Ambassador Phong is a successful dealer in the most complicated affairs. His activities as a diplomat covered a large area, from Latin America (1965-1990) to United States of America (1991 - 2001) and Spain (2002 - 2006). Born in Hue, he now resides in Hanoi with his wife and daughters.
